Product description
MicroPanel foldable filter element is made up of PES (polyethersulfone) thin film with high filtration precision and PP housing with high chemical resistance.  The unique unsymmetrical structure may reduce piezoresistance effectively and increase impurity tolerance capacity so as to extend the service life of filter element. PES thin film is widely used in multiple product processes and ultrapure water circulating filtration of high tech photoelectricity and semi-conductors Industry and secondary filter of common food and beverage factories because it is provided with excellent chemical resistance and hydrophilcity.

As PES film has excellent hydrophilcity, there is no need to add any surface active agents.
Production of dustless environment, high cleanliness degree of filter element
Wash for 30 minutes with 18M-Ω RO/DI water with low TOC content.
Hot melt is adopted for connection between end cap and joint without use of bonding agents. 
End cap and sleeve are made of 100% pure PP materials and provided with high chemical resistance.
Integrity test of filter element may be conducted.
